HR & ADMIN Assistant

Looking for HR ADMIN Assistant

Skills required

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Excellent PC skills, MS Office, EXCEL etc.

Preferred female candidates on Husband visa, visit visa are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Employee document filing
Drafting letters
Updating HR records both electronically and manually
update employee details in HRMS system
Assisting HR coordinator and other senior officers within the department
Coordinate with accounts and payroll for the timesheet and attendance collation for the monthly payroll on time.
Coordinate with the Insurance team for the employee medical and workmen compensation claims.
cover the duties of the front office desk in the absence of receptionist (on their vacation)
other duties as assigned by the senior officer of the HR dept.
