Telesales Executive – FMCG

Key Responsibilities

•Receive customer’s calls such as placing orders, answer any inquiry, status of delivery, price, product specification.
•Keep a good and ethical working relationship with the customers.
•Support sales and suppliers in any request

Job Descriptions

•Double check physical stock against system
•Placing and Up selling orders
•To handle customers complaints.
•Processing samples requests and picking slips
•Prepare quotations for customers
•Checking updates of customers account

The Successful Applicant
The role is 100% customers driven so you must be a go-better. It is essential that you have telesales/ call center experience in the field.
Additionally, the appropriate individual for this role must be well spoken in English
•The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in a telesales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company.
•It is essential that you hold a College Degree.
•You must have developed strong selling/telesales capabilities and should be a team player.
•Preferred nationalities: Asian
•From 25 to 30 years old
