• Have relevant finishing experience in high rise residential & commercial buildings
• Have very strong Finishing background with eye to detail and should have expertise in residential & commercial building’s finishing work and be able to lead the finishing team at the site.
• Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.
• Should be conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols pertaining to finishing execution.
Qualification:
– Architecture graduate
– On valid residence visa
– Can join immediately once selected
