o Preparing monthly salary, annual leave salary and indemnity of employees.
o Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as General ledger, sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash book, bank book, fixed assets register and other documents arising out of business transactions.
o Preparing purchase orders, payment orders, receipts, journal vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, suppliers and customer’s reconciliation.
o Updating books of accounts at regular intervals and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
