We are looking for qualified candidate who can lead HR & Admin department effectively. We are looking candidate who has experience in contracting industry and experience in handling group of companies.
Experience in handling various projects and 1200+ staff efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Role:
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions
Maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of HR department
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.
Planning and overseeing the HR department budget and monitor operating expenses.
Admin Role:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of Administration Department (Procurement, Transport, Logistic, Accommodation In charge, Information Technology, Office Admin)
Developing organizational policies and procedures of administration.Planning, Managing overseeing the administrative budgets and monitor operating expenses.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.
Updating management on HR & Admin department performance.

Academic Qualification:
MBA Human Resource
Nationality: Asian
Gender: Male
Driving License: Required.
Salary: AED 6000-7000 per month+ benefits as per UAE labour law
