Job requirements:
• Experience of recruitment for Engineering or construction industry;
• Hands of experience in bulk recruitment;
• Coordinate with multiple project sites for the mobilisation and induction of new recruits;
• Data management, reporting administration of HRIS;
• Timely update of personnel files as per local regulations and company policy;
• Compile timesheet from various project sites and coordinate with payroll team;
• Maintain the records of leave, air ticket and leave salary;
• Administration of training calendar;
• Address employee grievances;
• Occasionally visit project sites and staff accommodation as required;
• Work with project heads and supervisors to handle disciplinary cases;
• Preparation of letters and contracts;
• Issuance of memos to project site and staff accommodation as required;
• Coordinate exit formalities as per UAE labour law and company policy;
• Support the administration tasks of HR department.
Person requirement:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
o Ability to work under tighter deadlines;
o Organisational skills to interact with different levels in the organisation;
o Passion for continuous learning;
o Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS office.
