QA / QC ENGINEER’S

Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsible for ensuring all welding works needed for the project meet the specified requirements and attain
the required quality level of Albaddad
 Responsible for completing all relevant welding work inspections and prepare quality report
 Authorize to accept or reject welding work products/services not in conformance with Albaddad standard
requirements
 Ensure quality plan are implemented and provide welding work records to document controller for
safekeeping and for quality internal audits
 Report welding activities and welder performance
 Ensure that technical standards are met in the highest degree of satisfaction for regulatory compliance to
ensure approval of submittals in a timely manner and smooth handover.
 Establish a NCR Report and distribute to the production or project team
 Raise Non-Conformance Report and initiates corrective actions
Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
 At least three (3) Years of relevant work experience in the similar role
Skills and Abilities
 Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
 At least three (3) Years of experience for a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
 Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing
the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Working Conditions
 Exposed to heat and high noise
 Breathing of paint fumes while doing for inspections
