QC ENGINEER

Job Purpose
This position exists to ensure the products and materials are of high quality at any stage of production and
erection according to standards and project/client specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Lead role of creating QA/QC documents, checklists and manuals for the Prefab Factory to ensure that
technical standards are met in the highest degree of satisfaction for regulatory compliance to ensure approval
of submittals in a timely manner and smooth handover.
 Review the project details, contract and technical specifications and IFC drawings to ensure that no variance
will occur that will be a potential cause of non-conformance
 Inspecting steel structures (welding, grinding), painting, electrical, plumbing and carpentry activities
 Establish a pinch list and NCR Report and distribute to the production or project team
 Raise Non-Conformance Report and initiates corrective actions
Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
 At least three (3) Years of relevant work experience in the similar role
Skills and Abilities
 Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
 At least three (3) Years of experience for a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
 Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing
the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Working Conditions
 Exposed to heat and high noise
 Breathing of paint fumes while doing for inspections
