Senior Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION-

Builds business by identifying and generation of leads to increase sales.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Attend walk in customers, show the vehicles, explain features and prices.
Provide all the necessary brochure, literature, pictures, technical data needed by the buyer.
Prepare and send quotes to the interested buyers and arrange to send Pro-forma Invoices if buyer is interested to buy any vehicle.
Works through CRM/ ERP and maintains and updates the database time to time.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on daily basis about enquiries, sales, pending enquiries, stock etc.
Timely follow up through telephone/ emails to the buyers to close the sale
Participate in various tenders advertised by Institutions, governments ministries or NGOs.
Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time.
Conduct online marketing campaigns- Place advertisements and pictures in websites.
Respond to inward emails and enquires with telephone, emails to convert to quotations, pro-forma invoices and finally to conclude the sales.
Conduct online marketing research-
Study competitors, their product lines, pricing and market trends that may affect our business.
Study and collect online information of different countries or markets.
Suggest or recommend management for selling ideas, promotional concepts.
Coordinate with other department for timely service or resolving issues of the customers.
Any other task as per requirement of company/ direction of management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Skills

University Bachelor’s degree, Masters or MBA in marketing has plus advantage.
Must be Bilingual – Fluency in 2 languages (Read, Write and Speak) is MUST.
Language 1 English is MUST and
Language Spanish, French, Portuguese , Arabic.
Should have minimum 5 years proven sales / marketing experience.
Strong peoples skills -negotiation, interpersonal skills and ability to Persuade /influence others
Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
Self-motivated, result oriented and have flair for Sales
Strong Presentation and Computer skills
Vehicle sales experience has plus advantage
