Description
• Preparation of financial statement
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing trial balance; balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to be presented to the company partners and investors.
• Prepare consolidated financial results of the outlets under Group Company.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls and company policies
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Complies with federal regulations on VAT; filing returns and claims and is aware of the legal regulatory requirements in UAE.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
• Must have a degree in Accounting / Finance with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling accounts and preparing reports
• Must be able to work independently with no supervision
• Must have experience in handling VAT registration; filing and returns
• Must possess accounting; corporate finance and reporting skills
• Attention to Detail and Deadline-Oriented
• Experience in handling catering company accounts beneficial but not mandatory
• Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic / Hindi essential but not mandatory
