A renowned government-owned financial company in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Call Centre Team Lead

Requirement:
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline
Strong experience in managing call centre and complaints.
Must have call centre working experience from bank and handled risk and compliance departments and product management.
Jobholder will be dealing with clients face to face
Strong command of English and Arabic language
