General / Digital Admin
Knowing what is pending & doing follow ups with clients / business partners / internal team
Document controlling
Taking feedback from clients and informing internal team on areas of improvement 
Managing calendars, fixing meetings, and related admin works
Coordinating works of admin assistant & pro – ensuring no delays / penalties
Exploring areas of digital marketing & posting social media / emails / etc – daily, weekly, monthly – all feasible activities for generating business online
⁃ Candidate should be good in writing business emails
⁃ Proficiency in English is a must ; Added advantage if Arabic
⁃ Should know basic MS Office suite
⁃ Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of similar work experience
