Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Supervisors in every aspect of the operation as requested.
To perform daily routine inspection of all maintenance operational areas (plant-rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the Supervisors.
To register daily readings update and maintain log sheets.
To repair and maintain all Air Conditioning and Refrigeration works and installations as per the departments policies and procedures.
To inspect, clean, maintain and repair HVAC system and all related systems as per the manufacturers instructions.
To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all Chillers, Fridges, Walk in Freezers and all related appliances as per the manufacturers instructions.
To inspect, clean, maintain and repair Air Conditioning units and all related systems and appliances as per the manufacturers instructions.
To carry out periodic preventive maintenance as per the departments schedule.
To contribute to the Hotel Energy Saving Plan through work and suggestions
To keep his tools in good working condition.
To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
To follow up on the availability of necessary stocks for all equipment.
To check timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.
To report to the supervisor any abnormal conditions noticed at the property
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior and Department Head.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
To maintain good working relationships with your own colleges, and all other departments.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. to be add
To attend all training sessions/programs that is requested by the Hotel’s management.
To be always ready to work to any of the Al Khoory property as per the management instruction as and when required.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

On time delivery of assigned task for the AC Maintenance.
Ensures that required temperature in the hotel is within the standards.
100% routine maintenance of AC units and other cooling system.

Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
Must Speak and understand English

Ready to relocate
