Job Details:
• Enter data into the systems and verify it with source documents.
• Scan the documents and print files, when needed.
• Must have to Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Data entry for accounting, leasing and maintenance. Responsible for correct reporting of entered data.
• Able to match the data in two systems. Able to create maintenance record.
• Handling paper works
• Knowledge on MS office
• Enthusiastic and self motivated
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
