Answering the phone calls, take messages and redirecting calls to appropriate offices.
Gathering organized and distribute incoming correspondence from a variety of couriers.
Assisting in basic bookkeeping duties and maintaining petty cash spreadsheet.
To maintain company visitors schedule and process all visitors according to company security policies.
Should be holding a Bachelors Attested Degree in any discipline.
Able to handle inbound and outbound correspondence roles
