Respond to office phone calls and welcome clients
Carry out basic bookkeeping tasks as required
Respond to inquiries politely and ensure accurate as well as proper information is given
Generate office correspondence as well as reports
Prepare bills, cheques, statements, receipts as well as other relevant documents as required
Maintain the proper filling of all office documents
Keep up a positive, proactive and professional character towards customers as well as other staff members
Undertake office related errands as and when required
Perform any other reasonable tasks as may be assigned.
