Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible to check, supervise and co-ordinate the services of all Housekeeping Attendants and Supervisors in his/her assign area and ensure that these services are available at all times and are also carried out efficiently.
• Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of departmental employees.
• Should work flexible shifts, hours according to business demands.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns
• Provide an outstanding guest experience
• Maintain an orderly front desk
