Responsibilities

1 Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically in Warehouse Management System
2 Verify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product / materials
3 Inspect and reconcile quantities with that of the inbound and outbound documents.
4 Maintain and manage a database of all product in the WMS for inbound and outbound
5 Effectively communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management team
6 Performs clerical duties such as filing, inbound/outbound documents, phone calls, data entry, etc.
7 Verify and receive warehouse consumable product into Warehouse inventory
8 Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and location transfers in the WMS System
9 Maintain accurate warehouse inventory in WMS system and if required conduct physical verification
10 Assist in conduct daily / monthly in-house cycle count when required, support in locating missing items throughout facility
11 Assist supervision/management as needed and Performs other duties as required.
12 Able to work flexible schedules, including extended hours and weekends, as required by the operation.
13 Participate in established cross training matrix activities with the opportunity to improve knowledge in multiple areas / departments and be able to assist as a backup associate when the need may rise.
14 Participate in daily start-up and staff meetings as required
15 Use PC skills for e-mail and generating reports as required.
16 Run reports to verify item set up such as code dating, SKUs, receipt date and items not shipped etc.
17 Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify shortages and discrepancies and research inaccuracies within inventory levels.
