Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Role

•Administration, data capture on Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
•Answering calls, supporting candidates and clients with general questions
•Customer support for candidates, team members including consultants
•Arranging refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
•Coordinating administrative activities for candidate journey
•Daily & weekly status reports on assigned projects
Providing customer support for candidates, consultants and the internal team as and when required
•Assisting with preparations for virtual career fairs
•Assisting with scheduling and other arrangements for workshops e.g. sending invitations, preparing material, recooking attendees. Follow up after workshop e.g. evaluation forms

Key Skills

•Good IT skills e.g Zoom use of MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and Outlook
•Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
•Open to Arabic nationality
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular); Microsoft Projects is a plus
