This is a back-office clerical job that involves preparation of sales orders, invoices and sales returns of clothing and food products to retail outlets (hypermarkets, supermarkets, department stores). You will be mainly entering products as line-wise items in an ERP software called Odoo.
What you’ll do:
– Raise sales orders and invoices
– Book sales returns
– Ensure fulfilment of orders
– Any other operational data entry requested
Who you should be:
– Bachelors of Commerce (or related major) degree holder
– A good typist (70+ Words Per Minute – you will be tested on this)
– A quick learner
– Basic Excel skills. Should be able to work with spreadsheets, know basic shortcuts and commands to work with tables.
