•To perform wide-ranging carpentry composition for the cement plant, labor accommodation camps and accommodation villas and ensure minimal wastage of material and time.
•To carry out carpentry responsibilities such as shuttering, assembling doors, furniture customization and other general maintenance woodwork jobs as per task requirements given.
•To measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
•To regularly follow and established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
•To verify trueness of structure, using plumb bob and level.
•To shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
•To conduct study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
•Responsible to assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
•To use use a variety of tools and measuring devices to make sure that the job is done right the first time.
