· UAE & GCC nationals only
· 7 years of experience in hospital and insurance companies.
· Able to create and manage policies, terms & conditions, overseeing the insurance operations, designing, implementing, training staff on insurance protocols, work distribution within insurance team/coaching of insurance team members.
· Must have experience in establishing a new insurance department.
