Purchase Assistant

1) Responsible for supporting the procurement and logistics functions within our organization.
2) Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for production and operations.
3) Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
4) Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
5) Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier information.
7) Generate reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and inventory levels as required.
